Things to Know

This year the Scout Brigade is not handling the administration for the Ghost Tour. Although the Scout Brigade will be kept in the loop, arrangements involving the Ghost Tour must be made directly through the Friends of Fort George. To contact us directly, please email admin@niagaraghosts.com.

The tour is not designed to terrify anyone. It is a storytelling experience which incorporates the history of the site. However, the stories are real, and the Fort can be a dark and scary place at night. Please keep this in mind when deciding if the Ghost Tours at Fort George are right for your group.

Tours run rain or shine, and it can get cold at night, so please dress accordingly and have your troops do the same.

Spaces are extremely limited, and late registration may not be possible. Please register as soon as possible.

As registration numbers are collected, we will confirm your date and time with you and send out payment information (paypal link, address for mailing cheque, etc).

Ghost Tours of Fort George are run by the Friends of Fort George, a charitable organization that works in partnership with Parks Canada to provide heritage programming at Fort George.
